Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern the licensing and use of The Loved By Littles Awards Ltd ("we," "our," or "us") logo and award badge (collectively, "Logo") by award-winning brands ("you" or "your"). By participating in the awards, you agree to these Terms.

1. License Fee

1.1. If your product wins an award from The Loved By Littles Awards Ltd, you may purchase a license to use the Logo and award badge for that specific product.
1.2. The license fee is non-refundable and must be paid in full before you can use the Logo or badge in any form.

2. Rights Granted

2.1. Upon payment of the license fee, you are granted a lifetime, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Logo and award badge solely for the product that won the award.
2.2. You may use the Logo for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to:

• Print materials
• Marketing campaigns
• Shop fronts
• Point of sale (POS) displays
• Social media
• Website content

3. Restrictions

3.1. If you decline to pay the license fee, you forfeit the right to promote the award win. This includes:

• Mentioning or referencing the award on social media or your website
• Creating or using your own awards badge or trophy
• Using any text or images suggesting you have won the award
• Using a Logo or badge purchased for a different product to promote another win
  Violating this may result in the revocation of your license at your own expense.
  3.2. You may not alter, modify, or tamper with the Logo in any way, including changing dates or any other design elements.
  3.3. Unauthorised use of the Logo, including copying or stealing images from our website or other sources, is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. The Logo and award badge are the intellectual property of The Loved By Littles Awards Ltd. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by us.
4.2. You acknowledge that you have no ownership of the Logo beyond the limited license granted in these Terms.

5. Termination

5.1. We reserve the right to terminate your license at any time if you breach these Terms.
5.2. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Logo and remove it from all materials, both digital and print. No refunds will be provided.

6. Liability

6.1. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free use of the Logo.
6.2. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Logo.

7. Amendments

7.1. We may amend these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.

License Fee and Usage

The license fee for using our logo is £150 per award accepted. This fee grants you lifetime rights to use the Logo without expiration. You may choose to accept multiple awards; each accepted award requires a separate license fee.

The Logo and associated artwork must be used appropriately and cannot be altered or defaced in any way. Any references to winning a Loved By Littles Award on your website or social media must always specify the year and product that won the award. The Logo must not be used across multiple products for the same award.

We reserve the right to revoke your use of the Logo and artwork at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: defacing the artwork, inappropriate display, or failure to pay the license fee.
